The client, an experienced coach, noticed a group of potential clients who were not yet ready for coaching. After being invited to give a talk, the client aimed to create a workshop based on that talk to help people appreciate themselves better and remember the client for future coaching needs.

Coaching principles activities: Design activities based on coaching principles to help participants start their self-awareness journey.
Visual components: Use various visual components to aid in projection techniques.
Take-home worksheet: Provide a worksheet for participants to reflect on later.

Collaborating closely with the client was crucial to align all analogies and activities with their core values and objectives. I led a brainstorming session to organize their ideas, curated the content, and developed the outline, agenda, and timing, which was then presented for client feedback.

Using the client’s branding guide, we added contrasting colors, provided icons, and image options. Editable versions of the activities were provided so the client could update and print materials as needed. The slide deck was formatted to a standard facilitator’s guide.
